It's Brasilian Carnival Time!

Looking for someway to let loose this winter weekend but you can't quite make it to Rio de Janeiro?  The DCA's Brasilian Carnival promises to provide some colorful entertainment and delicious food and drink to spice up your Saturday night!

The festivities feature live Latin music from the Amazonas, colorful and bedazzled carnival dance performances (from professional dancers and party goers alike), delicious Latin American-inspired food by Marcia Selden, and an open bar.

Procedes from the Brasilian Carnival will help support DCA's mission which includes providing scholarships for DHS graduates, a wide assortment of classes and events, and care of the historic DCA property.   Tickets are $100/person and can be purchased online at dariendca.org.

So dust off your feathered headdress and sequins bikini and join in the carnival fun this Saturday, March 1st, at the DCA!  The party starts at 7pm and will go on 'til late...
