Martial Arts Tournament at Darien Arts Center Fun For All Ages

Tyson Anavy shows off some of his moves at the 3rd Annual Martial Arts Tournament that took place at the Darien Arts Center last Sunday, February 9th. In addition to hosting and producing this annual event that draws competitors from around the region, the DAC offers a full range of martial arts classes for all ages, from beginners through advanced, and from small children to adults. The DAC's sensei James Gombos and sensei Bonnie Gombos, organizers of the event, are 4th degree black belts in the art of Shaolin Kempo Karate and have been studying various types of Martial Arts for over 20 years. To find out more about Martial Arts classes at the DAC go to darienarts.org or call (203)655-8683.
