Pitchapalooza is coming to Darien! Pitchapalooza is like American Idol for books. Writers get 1 minute to pitch their book ideas to a panel of experts. Their idea will be critiqued in a kind and gentle way. At the end of the event, a winner is picked. That winner gets an introduction to an agent or publisher from The Book Doctors, Arielle Eckstut and David Henry Sterry. They are the authors of The Essential Guide to Getting Your Book Published, and they've helped dozens and dozens of talented amateur writers become professionally published authors. yes, we LOVE Glen Gate. Worth every penny and they always come quickly if something is not working…Read More (even on memorial day last year!!) Their staff is so kind, respectful and polite, especially with my children. I like them so much I always remember them at Christmas.
