Readers' Choice: Darien's Italian Restaurants [POLL]

Today we're kicking off our first "Best of Patch" contest in that popular category—Italian restaurants—one where each one of us has a strong opinion. (This is not for "Best Pizza in Darien"—we did that in December, and we'll do it again  later this year.)

Darien's got several Italian restaurants, and we're asking you to weigh in by:

• Rating and reviewing (scroll down to click on your favorite restaurant)
• which restaurants are missing from the list and why they're the best

Restaurants also represent an area where we see new players come and go all the time. Darien Patch updates its "Patch Places" directory constantly, so please send me an email if you're a small business owner who doesn't see your business on Darien Patch, or if you want to (or even !)

We've left out steakhouse because it's a steakhouse, and because it's a deli. We wanted spots where you could sit down, dig into your pasta and possibly get some on the tablecloth—capisce?

Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner.
