Darien’s Lanphier Day Spa Set to Relocate

According to the CT Post, the building owner, Darien Station Associates, has invested in more than $1 million in modifications to the 18,000 square foot building in an effort to attract new tenants.
, a commercial real estate broker with an office in Darien, has “repositioned” the building from a bank/office to mixed-use retail/office concept, the CT Post report states.

The move will enable Lanphier, which has about 50 employees, to expand its offerings to include new hair specialty and wellness/holistic services.
A new tenant has reportedly already leased Lanphier’s former space in Goodwives Shopping Center.
