Last week's transfers included a $1.28 million home on Concord Lane.
Two property sales were recorded last week by the Town Clerk:
- 272 Mansfield Ave.: John W. Sheppard, Jr. sold to Craig Raymond Bright for $2,465,000.
- 12 Concord Ln.: Todd A. Combs and April D. Combs sold to Christopher Stockinger and Merete Stockinger for $1,280,000.
