The Darien Chamber had a “Welcome to Darien” ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of Folly at 1082 Post Road in Darien.
Owner Lynn Hamlen says a folly “lies in the eyes of the beholder”. Over the past six months she has traveled New England in search of one-of-a-kind items designed to add a touch of whimsy or focus to your home, terrace or garden.
According to Lynn Hamlen, former Director of the Darien Nature Center, this project calls upon her love of nature, her exhibit experience and her desire to bring to Darien a new and interesting shop.

Folly will be open late on Nov. 21st to support the “Shop Downtown Darien” event in the neighboring shops. FOLLY regular business hours are: Monday – Saturday from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
