  • Farmers market: The Darien Farmers Market is open for business from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the municipal parking lot off of Mechanic Street (across from Goodwives Shopping Center).
  • The Magnificent Seven: At 1:30 p.m., the hosts a free screening of The Magnificent Seven, part of the library's Wednesday Matinee Film Series. The 1960 film stars Yul Brynner, Steve McQueen, James Coburn, Charles Bronson, Eli Wallach, and Robert Vaughn.
