We are set to have a brisk and early Spring market though so get ready. It has been quite a busy December, and both towns have sold over 10% more houses this year than last year. Darien & Rowayton also have the highest number of sold homes this year since 2007.

Look for more houses to come on the market in January and February, and buyers to be out looking. It is still a good time to buy with low mortgage rates.
