Tortillas, Tacos & Lime!

YWCA Parent Awareness provides numerous educational, family-focused programs free of charge to the Darien community. Recent programs have included:Why Are Youth Sports so Intense?, Raising Cain: Protecting the Emotional Life of Boys, Drinking, Drugs and Teen Relationships, Taming the Homework Monster, and Letting Kids Fail: Building Resilience.  To continue to provide meaningful programs, YWCA Parent Awareness is hosting a fundraiser.  Kensett Darien, is generously donating use of its beautiful new Meeting House and sponsoring the event. The evening will feature a relaxed evening of cocktails and tapas and southwestern appetizers. YWCA Parent Awareness is thrilled to announce that two of Darien’s Got Talent winners will perform at the event.  The two accomplished musicians include Christopher Jessup, an amazing piano protege, and Doug Allen, an exceptional singer songwriter. Tickets for Tortillas, Tacos & Lime are available at www.ywcadariennorwalk.org and are $65 each.
