Healthy Matters Education Series - "Anxiety: Types, Causes, Symptoms, Diagnoses, and Treatments"

Maplewood at Darien is proud to host the Ridgefield Visiting Nurse
Association and Norwalk Hospital for a presentation on "Anxiety: Types,
Causes, Symptoms, Diagnoses, and Treatments" presented by James R. Cook,
LCSW at Norwalk Hospital.

Join us for dinner at 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM followed by a presentation at 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

Anxiety
is an unpleasant state of inner turmoil, often accompanied by nervous
behavior, such as pacing back and forth, somatic complaints and
rumination. Learn more about anxiety disorders, including types, causes,
symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
