Mommy & Me ZumbAtomics is a great way to get up and moving with your little one. Certified Flair Fitness instructors lead this dance-fitness morning, complete with yoga cool down. This active program is offered once a month at the DCA; the next class is Friday, October 11th.
The DCA’s Mom’s Morning In program is designed for Parents, caregivers and grandparents with energetic toddlers. Every week there will be some sort of fun activity, perfect for toddlers, offering them a whole lot of fun.
Mom’s Morning In programs are held weekly on Fridays at 10:00am; reservations are not required. **In the event of inclement weather, the DCA follows the delays and closures of the Darien public schools.** Fees are $10 per child per class. Most activities occur at the DCA, 274 Middlesex Road, Darien; exceptions are for field trips which generally begin at the selected location.
