Closings led Darien's residential real estate stats for the week ending today.
Ten closings -- ranging from $495,000 to $14,900,000 -- were reported in the past week on the Darien MLS.
Results in other real estate categories were:
-- Nine properties going under contract;
-- Six new listings for sale;
-- Four price changes, and
-- Four accepted offers.
