Darien Real Estate Activity Through March
Slightly Below Similar Period in 2012
Darien real estate figures out today show year-to-date performance through the end of March slightly below the same period last year.
In leadiing categories:
-- Residential sales were 30 this year compared with 32 in the same period last year, a difference of 6.3 percent;
-- Sales volume was down 10.1 percent, and
-- Average sale price declined 4.1 percent.
