Properties with accepted offers ranged from asking prices of $649,500 to $3,650,000.
They were: 25 Wakemore St., 158 Holmes Ave., 305 Middlesex Rd., 46 Stony Brook Rd., and 340 Middlesex.
Properties going under contract were 1910 Boston Post Rd., 3 Abby Rd., 11 Lynn Crt., and 27 Walmsley Rd.
Newly listed this week were a lot at 0 Gardiner St., 9 Concord Ln., 26 Maple St., 333 West Ave. #3, and 27 Devon Rd.
