The four closings reported on the Darien MLS were: 64 Cedar Gate Road, which closed at $740,000; 6 By Road, $1,020,000, 24 Overbrook Road, $2,600,000, and 120 Long Neck Point Road, $2,875,000.
There was one new listing for sale this week, no price changes, three accepted offers and one property which went under contract.
