William Raveis Supports YW's Cookies, Cocktails and a Cause!

The YWCA Darien/Norwalk is pleased to announce the generous $5,000 contribution of William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage, and Insurance as the title sponsor of 5th Annual Cookies, Cocktails & A Cause.   All residents are invited to attend this ladies night fundraiser which will be held at Nielsen’s Florist on December 5th at 7:30pm.  Tickets are available at ywcadariennorwalk.org.

 

“For the second straight year, we are honored by the support of William Raveis as title sponsor of the YW’s Cookies, Cocktails & A Cause,” said  event Co-Chairs Liz Ezbiansky and Emily Marty. “We are thrilled they have continued to recognize and support the important community programs and initiatives of the YW!”

Proceeds from this event benefit the YWCA Darien/Norwalk’s initiatives and programs including Parent Awareness, Job Search Support, Stand Against  Racism, Newcomers Club and Working Women’s Network.

The evening will feature an optional cookie contest judged by a distinguished panel of judges.  The panel will judge more than 100 cookie entries to determine who will win top prize. In addition to the cookie contest and swap, wine will be provided by Leary’s Liquor, White Bridge Wines, and Darien Discount Wines, along with delicious hors d’oeuvres prepared by Michael Joseph’s.  One of the highlights of the event will be a raffle of fantastic prizes generously donated by local merchants including Infinity fitness, CST50, Equinox, Chelsea Piers, Dolce, Erika K, Rory's, Juliska, Lanphier Day Spa, Vineyard Vines, Williams & Co, Barrett Books, Ten Twenty Post, Becker Salon and Nielsen's. Raffle tickets will be sold at the event and can be purchased with cash or checks only.
