Spare Tire & Rim Stolen from Car on Mechanic Street
The theft occurred between 1 and 1:40 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 25, the owner told police.
A spare tire and its rim were stolen from a vehicle parked on Mechanic Street on Friday, Jan. 25, the owner told Darien police.
The tire and rim were removed from the back of a 2010 Jeep Wrangler. The owner told police she parked the Jeep at about 1 p.m. and when she returned 40 minutes later, she saw the tire and wheel rim were missing.
The items are valued at a total of $500.
