Did You Have a DMV Road Test Scheduled for Friday Before 1PM? Not Now.

Because of the expected bad weather, the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles is cancelling scheduled road tests scheduled before 1 p.m. Friday at all branch offices statewide. Starting with 1 p.m. appoinments, road tests resume.

The Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles issued the following announcement Thursday afternoon:

[T]he Department of Motor Vehicles for Friday March 8, is cancelling all branch office road tests statewide until 1 p.m., when previously scheduled appointments for that time slot and afterwards will be held.

The cancellation is due to expected inclement weather and poor road conditions. Anyone with a scheduled road test can call DMV to choose a new date.

The numbers to call are 860-263-5700 if someone is within the Hartford area and toll-free 800-842-8222 for those outside the Hartford area.

DMV is also attempting to contact customers with road test appointments to advise them of the schedule change.

yes, we LOVE Glen Gate. Worth every penny and they always come quickly if something is not workingRead More (even on memorial day last year!!) Their staff is so kind, respectful and polite, especially with my children. I like them so much I always remember them at Christmas.
