To the Editor:
I would like to congratulate Katie Stein, Betsy Haggerty-Ross and Sarah Zuro-Schneider on their recent election to the Board of Education. It was wonderful to give our community a choice in this election and in turn educate our children on how the process of democracy works.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the DTC for nominating me and for supporting my run. In particular I would like to thank some key people whose support for me was invaluable. A huge thank you to Callie Sullivan, Shannon Silsby, MariLu Cleary, Shawn St Jean, Marc Thorne, Enid Oresman, Katie Stein, Betsey Keeley and finally, Robby Werner and Randy & Evonne Klein. I couldn’t have done it without you all.
