We built Fairfield County-based VolunteerSquare.com to be a free tool for the community where individuals can easily connect with local nonprofits in need of assistance. We have partnered with dozens of agencies throughout Fairfield County and are adding more every week. We have dozens and dozens of calls for volunteers live on the site right now ranging from mentors to babysitters to photographers and marketing professionals. The needs are endless.

You can use our site to search opportunities based on your particular skills and interests. You can set up customized, FREE, e-alerts that will let you know immediately when a volunteer opportunity that matches your profile is posted. Plus, we also have our own social networking platform where volunteers and agencies can share photos, videos and other content to learn more about what’s happening here in Fairfield County.

We have seen and heard countless stories of the positive impact volunteers are having on area nonprofits and those they serve and we know everyone has something to give back. We want to help you get started!

Come by and meet us on Monday March 19th at the Darien Library Community Room at 7 p.m.  to learn more about what we’re doing and how it can work for you! In the meantime, check us out at www.volunteersquare.com
