Cutting it Off for Charity

Darien High School senior Chris Losito took pledges for charity and is donating them to the Sekolo project, a non-profit organization that aims to prevent new HIV infections in young people in Namibia, southern Africa.

Darien High School senior Chris Losito threw vanity out this weekend, and for a very good cause.

Losito let his hair grow long during soccer season and decided to make a special occasion of finally cutting his hair. He came up with the idea of getting a mullet and taking pledges for charity and donating them to the Sekolo project, a non-profit organization that aims to prevent new HIV infections in young people in Namibia, southern Africa.

If you would like to make a donation, follow this link for instructions http://www.sekoloprojects.org/support/
