BOE Chair said she is going to allow public comments at BOE meetings. Tell her you want to devote major minutes to impromptu singing sessions. If she says no, tell her you're going to publish all of her emails. She'll agree. More seriously, you have the BOE and BOF by their subcommittees. Think through and then issue your demands. You want all shortfalls in student services detailed within six months with an action plan attached. Sue the town and individuals for harming your children and demand large compensation. If law breaking was deliberate, I am not sure insurance will cover the evil doers. Demand that the Attorney General investigate whether Shipman and Goodwin acted properly over the past years. How could such pervasive law breaking go on for so long if they were reviewing legal matters? FOI the emails of the former Director of Finance. Demand that the State's Attorney investigate criminal wrongdoing. He cannot say no with this document out there in public. Demand an audit of the billings for state reimbursements going back years. Parents, you will get nowhere being nice. The BOE and BOF will bury you with meetings and procedures. You don't have to take charge, you are in charge.
